All prices are subject to VAT @20%. The customer is charged for the total time, including the time taken for the purchasing of materials, of which are subject to a 20% surcharge on our trade price.
Please note: Fault Finding & Diagnosis, is considered as “starting works” and is chargeable in all cases. Once a fault has been determined, we may be able to provide a quotation for a full repair, at which point ‘you’ the customer have the right to accept or decline the ongoing work.
